Found our new local breakfast spot! Portions were huge. The French toast was fluffy and thick. Soo good. My only complaint was that it was a little stuffy and hot in there. I'd definitely go back to try more!
Food is good and a big portion. With new ownership , still same quality food they serve and delicious . We always come back here every week.

We ordered a brunch menu! All vegetarian- the spinach and tomato based egg florentine was delicious! It was nice to try something different than eggs Benedict which I always pick. Ambience is nice. Our server was very sweet. Good place for families/ a date! Waiting to try lunch or dinner menu. Coming back soon.. :)
Awesome server and fast service! Friendly staff. Chicken fried steak was bland, everything was great breakfast! Pineapple Mimosa was huge and delicious, so refreshing! The chili cheese fries were made from freshly cut potatoes, you don't find those too often. Lots of menu items, we will visit again. Breakfast ALLLLLL DAY! Can't go wrong with that!

I have passed this place many times and have gone into a few of the businesses in this plaza but have overlooked Dublin Skillet, most likely because the place is more of a breakfast spot and closes early. My daughter and I had breakfast here and it is cozy inside with large U booths and smaller tables that sat 2. The coffee wasn't great, however I do enjoy diner coffee in that white mug and will drink it. I had eggs with a meat patty and toast. My daughter had a Belgian waffle. It was kind of expensive - $36 for both items and my coffee. Service was great and attentive but it seemed like what we got and the price we paid sort of didn't match. I would still come back and try other entrees.
I was in the area doing my laundry at Ducky Wash and Dry and got hungry after I was done. I always drive by this place and yesterday decided to try it out. I wasn't planning on dining in, but after reading reviews and seeing pictures, I wanted to see if the reviews are indicative of the service and food quality. And, I wanted to see my food on a big skillet. When walking in, you'll find a homey and comfy atmosphere, and a welcoming server. I ordered the chicken fried steak dish that is served on a skillet, probably to provide room for the big portions. It comes with the chicken fried steak, 3 eggs done in your choosing, country potatoes (cubed potatoes), and your choice of toast (I chose sourdough toast). I felt more than satisfied during and after the meal and do recommend eating at Dublin Skillet.
Unassuming but sooo good! Chicken and waffles - superb! Chicken was super crispy and great flavor to the batter. - 5 Corned beef hash was solid - 4 Skillet scramble omelette- 4 Portions were on point. We shall return for some burgers and club sandwiches. Very friendly service - 5 Ambiance - modern farmhouse, cute yet homey. - 5
